This is a Yeti accessory kit often used with Yeti utility containers or Plan B cans. Note that it is included in Plan B kits with CDPB1510 part numbers. It includes a mounting bracket and hardware, plus three foam panels. Note that this bracket IS the front bracket of the cargo rack. Do not buy this kit to install on a Yeti with a cargo rack.

Important: it's not recommended that you buy Yeti parts online unless you're confident you've determined the correct part numbers for your requirements.
